Riverwood Farm is a gated community within the City limits of Greer with easy access to the Greenville-Spartanburg airport as well as I-85. Riverwood Farm was developed by Poinsett Homes, LLC with 3 different types of homes, the Townes, the Cottages and the Estates and the Covenants and Restrictions went into effect in February 2004. There are a total of 296 homes in Riverwood Farm, of which 119 are Townhomes (“The Townes”), 73 are the Cottages and 104 are the Estates.

Riverwood Farm Homeowners Association holds their Bi-Monthly meetings on the 4rd Tuesday of the even months (Feb, April, June, August, October and December). We encourage you to attend the association meetings to stay informed and consider volunteering to serve.

If you are new to the neighborhood, we welcome you!! We usually have a “community pool opening cook out” in early June and a “come see Santa event” for children and grandchildren early in December.
